So does anyone have this phone and version of mobile speak? I just bought this phone on friday and installed mobile speak on it and so far have noticed that MS doesn't read some of the features well for instnace in the alarm and wake up alarm sections it will read most of the options but when it comes to editing the time all MS says in Cap H in each field for the time. It also does this in the calendar in month view, It does it in parts of the bluetooth menu as well. there are several other sections too but you get the point. Is anyone else experiencing this problem? these are key features I use daily and i need MS to read them. if anyone has had this problem have you found a fix for it? I can't take this phone back unless I pay $35 for a restocking fee. I bought the phone under the impression that MS was compatible with it considering it says so on their website but if simple features like the alarm and bluetooth not being read properly it takes away from being able to use those features without help which defeats the purpose of buying the software to begin with.

on samsung phones, these features are usually not compatible (accept for the calender.) the alarms and such, even the bluetooth isn't accessable on all phones. Tip: you can adjust bluetooth settings in the start> settings> bluetooth. (that's how it is on most phones) But the quick launch for such usually doesn't work. Samsung it self makes the custum alarm apps featured on moste of there phones. I don't think code factory either takes them into account or can code for them, one of the two. Have you tried contacting code factory's customer support?
Yes I did friday evening and they haven't gotten back to me mostly likely because its the weekend so hopefully they will on monday. I am hoping this can be resolved because I can't return the phone unless I pay $35 for a restock fee... and who's to say the phone i exchange it for doesn't do the same thing. I bought it because CF's website said it was accessible but i can't use some of the basic features of the phone. I can live without the camera no biggy but I use bluetooth and the calendar/alarms daily.
I am glad someone covered this topic. Was thinking about getting that phone cause it looks kinda of like my Q9c which is outdated.
I had that phone before this one :) most the features do work the touch screen is kindof annoying when you have the phone on lock and everytime the screen gets touched beofre the phone goes into sleep MS will read the screen to tell you how tp unlock it.

Hello I am lookint in to getting a phine the ones that look okey for at and t are dou or the matrix pro. does any one have one or the other and please tell me what you think. thanks Erica.
